The worst service I received from a food establishment. I ordered an Oreo cake from Grido, which they resell. After accepting the order, they called us saying that they didn 't have Oreo cake, and that they could give us another cake, which we didn 't want. They told me that they couldn 't do anything anymore, and that I had to cancel it for orders now. I did not have the option to cancel because they had accepted the order, therefore, I could not cancel the order. When I explained this situation, they said they couldn 't do anything about it, distancing themselves from the situation. We spoke to the owner, David, who gave us the same quote, saying he couldn 't do anything, without looking for a way to resolve that, like giving us the cash, which we proposed, but he wouldn 't accept it. After that, David told us that he would come with a delivery man so we could talk and resolve the situation. The delivery man came with a supposed colleague and brought us the order, without the opportunity to resolve the situation, such as a money refund or anything else. What they did was really disgraceful and disastrous, the worst care I was given in my entire life. Never ask for, do not contribute to places of this nature.
