A look at the spread speaks volume as healthy it is. Chickens, rice, grilled vegetables, hummus and olive oil. Could it be more balanced? Not only healthy, the chicken was very delicate and tasteful, the rice not sticky at all, the vegetables perfectly made, and the hummus so fresh and tangie. It could not be better in terms of nutrition. protein from chicken; carbs of rice and hummus; Fats from olive oil. "The food is way out of my expectation. Spicy Salmon Poke not fresh at all. Never see any restaurant use white foam box for a poke bowl. Salmon is not fresh. My wife ordered a bowl of ramen, the Chashiu pork is not Japanese's type, the restaurant put the traditional Chinese barbecue pork instead. Not recommended this restaurant."
