Frustrated and disappointed. We booked an event with their events coordinator only to have them cancel our reservation a week later stating that there was an internal event . I expressed disappointment but did not get any sort of reply or further explanation. It seems our business wasn 't important enough to them. I would not recommend them based on this kind of customer relations. read more.
