I emailed Hira to inquire for an order and didn't hear back. I called 4 days after I sent my inquiry to which she apologized and said she would send over a quote within the hour.... never got a quote or response from her. If you're looking for reliability, this place isn't it. I emailed Cakes by Carlos in Lombard for a quote and got a response back within an hour. View all feedback.
