"I'm never disappointed when I order anything from florianos. *knocks on wood* haha. Although there might've been a little mix up tonight with my order, the staff was quick to fix it as if it never happened. I appreciate the fabulous customer service. And the food was so freaking good!"

"Food was disgusting. Burger meat, patty, onions tasted old and expensive. Two burgers and chicken strips was almost $40 with no drinks. Eddys grill is much better, price is around the same too. Better buns (broishe), fresher products, I have an extra star due to the server their and customer service is nice."

"Run by unprofessional children who made the place look closed when I arrived just so they could all sit at the tables to watch a boxing game on the TV. They were screaming and howling it was really embarrassing. There were only 2 girls behind the counter, the rest were at the tables. Also- we tried ordering online a few times and both times someone over there canceled my order and then closed it so you couldn't order from them. It wasn't a busy time of day either. Just pure laziness and extremely unprofessional. Maybe hire mentally capable people? Idk. Just a thought."
