Piccadilly Filiale offers a delightful breakfast experience with friendly and efficient staff, beautiful decor, and tasty food and drinks. While prices are on the higher side, it is expected in the center of London. The cakes look especially enticing, calling for a return visit to try them out. However, mixed reviews on the service are noted, with some customers encountering unfriendly and slow staff. Despite these drawbacks, the overall atmosphere is praised, with delicious coffee and a convenient location making it a solid choice. With a bustling crowd and limited seating, it can be challenging to find a spot during busy hours, but the quick service and friendly staff help make up for it. Overall, Piccadilly Filiale is recommended for a pleasant breakfast or afternoon tea in the heart of London, on average, Afternoon Tea at Caffe Concerto - 29/31 Piccadilly has been rated as 3.8.

read moreThe staff weren't at all welcoming which was disappointing. The coffee was average, the tables were dirty and the toilet was blocked. Not the best atmosphere.
This chain does the best quality coffee of its peers. My flat white was nicely made and tasted good. This cafe however is rather dark and dated.
