The location offers stunning views of the river, but the afternoon tea was very bad. The hotel staff on the ground floor did not seem familiar with where to send visitors. The food was dried and clear that we had sent back for hours when the sandwiches were rock-hard. We had then replaced certain items and returned the tray.
