The festive Christmas tea experience was not as expected, but the tea selection and mulled wine were enjoyable. The ambiance overlooking the Palace Mews is perfect for people-watching, but some guests found the seating arrangements to be uncomfortable. Overall, the Rubens provides a lovely and memorable tea experience in a beautiful setting, with friendly and attentive staff.
Although it could be a bit pricey, for its location, service, style and cleaniness of the hotel rooms, I found the stay quite enjoyable.
