After an awful afternoon Tea experience at another location, I booked at the Balcon and I'm happy to say I had a fantastic experience this time.
Amazing bar inside the Sofitel St JamesStayed here on a trip w/ my gf and had an amazing time drinking at this bar.

"Mixing the idea of Italian cuisine with Japanese ingredients is brilliant. while some of the dishes hit this height, there were a few misses and the pavement of the meal felt a little hurried. still very good value for 10 courses."

"Excellent service from the very beginning, turned up without a booking, was given a welcome glass of iced water as soon as we were seated. Atmosphere was great, laid back and music was good. Our order was taken promptly and food arrived quickly. I’d give six stars if possible for the food, it did not disappoint."

"Absolutely fantastic dining experience. Very professional service throughout and greetings since we arrived at the venue. We had the three course festival menu and every dish was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. Great value for money. Highly recommended."
