I have been a loyal customer of Ben's for many years in Asia (Seoul and Bangkok) and typically visit the Covent Garden shop to buy my cookies. However, my recent experience at the shop was disappointing. The staff, especially the manager, seemed unfriendly and unprepared. The cookies at this restaurant are perfect! The triple chocolate cookies were freshly baked, with the chocolate still warm and gooey. I also tried a vegan chocolate cookie which was delicious. I visited around 6pm, which was a busy time, but the line moved quickly. These cookies make perfect snacks for enjoying at the theater.
