Great place for chilling out after work where you can play a bit of ping pong! A retro chic feel and I'm sure it usually has a buzzing atmosphere but the evening before pay-day it was pretty quiet. The staff were very friendly, food was good (I had the chilli burger, which I'd definitely get again) and good value for money. Will definitely be going back. read more.

I made reservations for business lunch and went for 2 courses set menu with a starter and fish. Starter: black pudding scotch egg and pumpkin soup was great ! However, the plaice (main course) was totally unacceptable. They served twice and both times the fish was still raw especially in the middle bit when blood still visible when you cut through.
