Fantastic meal! The absolute best steak we have ever eaten. We had the Australian Porterhouse which was perfectly cooked medium rare. The filet was soft and tender. The strip was seared on the outside and red inside. Just delicious. Our waiter Jack was also wonderful and led us through the menu. We had the spring rolls, the asparagus and onion rings as sides. We had not visited Cut for a number of years and were looking forward to it. However it was not worth it. The service was very good but the food and quality not at all good.
