Contribute FeedbackDalchini, located in Wimbledon, is a restaurant that specializes in Indian Chinese cuisine. Despite its popularity and busy tables, some diners were left disappointed by the quality of the food. The appetizers and main courses were described as bland and not up to par with authentic Chinese dishes. However, the masala chai was also criticized for being watery and lacking flavor. Some reviewers mentioned that the portions were generous, leading to takeaway bags. While the menu was praised for its tasty options, others felt that the food did not meet their expectations. Despite mixed reviews, some diners enjoyed their experience, particularly praising the outstanding service and friendly staff. Overall, opinions on Dalchini vary, with some diners expressing a desire for improvement in taste and quality.
Kinder gentleman, sweet ambiente and I would say they are very close to the Chinese who get them in india. I say try it! Definitiw the best hot n acid soup here!
We have believed in Indian Chinese and decided to go all the way to wimbledon for dalchini. on Saturday evening busty tables announced that they must be very popular and well known for their eating. However, we were quite disappointed and the quality was nowhere near the Chinese foods they get in. the suppers were nice, but the appetizers and the main thing were nothing to write. to finish our meal, we ordered masala chai, which were also quite bad to watery and not tasted. and the hunt after a good Chinese indo restaurant continues.
The Chinese place indo serves Chinese food, as it is done on the Indian wise! hidden on this place, only eat at one of these days, where I only needed some quick food! was pleasantly surprised to get some quality and delicious food! I decided to give them a visit and the place is slim and well maintained. eating has a good taste, but it is more on the Indian side than on the Chinese side! eating 3 service and delivery 4 menu and location 3.5
Not a bad small place decent quality and well served, I would say that if u work in wimbledon or environment they give them a jump, they do a great lunch menu and they deliver to their workstation so if definitiw a shout top tip kung pow huhn
I absolutely love Indian Chinese. So I travelled all the way to Wimbledon Park to try this restaurant. The restaurant was really empty and the food didn't taste that great. On top of that I fell ill the following day It's a very poor attempt to recreate some of the very popular dishes served in Chinese restaurants in India. Overall quite disappointed.
