Very impressive technique, terrific service, tiny portions. The focus is on a protein something on each plate. Expect sides? Forget it. All delicious but one doesn’t expect to leave a three course lunch hungry. I wonder if they are really all about the tasting menu and the a la carte is basically unloved.
