Decent, gourmet food. Worth the little bit of a walk up from Balham station. I had an excellent fresh mackerel with new potatoes dish here. Cozy and twinkly, such a great atmosphere and the food was delish. The roast beef was nice and rare. The sticky toffee pudding was perfection.

I understand the frustration and stress because the pub is so obviously understaffed but as the customer i shouldn’t be stressed out or spoken to in a rude mann...
