Usually get a fairly good service but unfortunately it wasn't great on this occasion. We waited a good hour for food and when we chatted with the staff it felt like the order may have just been forgotten as no one was coming over to the table to query where our food was or if we'd ordered. Awful Experience Returned to Turin’s for the first time since 2019 . We sat down with guests only to be told the ‘gas was off ‘ in the kitchen and the menu was ‘limited ‘ clearly so limited they forgot to put the sauce on the prawn cocktail and substituted shoe leather for sirloin . Should have walked out but try getting a walk in table in Covent at 13:30 What a joke read more.
