The crispy beef was incredibly overcooked and almost inedible. The Peking duck had soggy skin, the chicken was completely overcooked. The dim sum was acceptable. The highlight was the cod which was quite good. The white wine was borderline hot. This was a per person tasting for about £150 per person.
