Disappointed that so many of the items we had chosen were not available. For a sepcialist beef restaurant this was very surprising on a Wednesday evening. Somelier also did not advise that a chosen white Albarino turned out to be a specialist skin contact rose and we were very disappointed with the £100 bottle of wine.
