Went for my partners birthday. I have to say the food was incredible, we had a chateaubriand between two £60 without sides) and it was 100% worth it. Best steak around town IMO. The service was okay, we had a waitress who we had to ask numerous times for various things, however all in all would recommend. View all feedback.

We had steak and lobster with champagne deal. It was lovely the kitchen service was a bit slow but we don’t complain because the waiter who served us (Gil) was very professional and super friendly! He also brought us a little cake for celebrating our special occasion which was cute View all feedback.
We were running late and the staff very kindly held our table, the servers couldn't do enough and the food was amazing
Selected low scores and the actual reason is that despite travelling for hours, paying to stay in a top notch London hotel and expecting to be able to dine at the restaurant I had booked weeks before, we were turned away at the door because Lurch the doorman' who looked like he was itching to break out his yellow belt in Judo, decided to be a jobs-worth about ID. My girlfriend is 23, so we are not talking about a situation with someone being close to 18 or even looking 18. But because they decided she looked under 25' (if you're aged 23 but look 28 you'd probably be ok) they refused to budge. Incidentally, my girlfriend happened to have a photo of her ID, but they wouldn't accept that. They insisted it needed to be the physical ID. Rude and obnoxious doorman and management unwilling to use their discretion.
Great foods nice ambiance and friendly staff , the drinks is nice as well
It is a casino no restaurant. you have to go into a bar when you eat a drink with your meal.
I had very specific nutritional requirements and preferably food not cooked in rapeseed/sunflower oil. but it seemed, although it was a prestigious kitchen, most of the things were pre-married/cooked and there was very little space for maneuvers that were disappointed. because of my health situation, I had to be careful and the menu was manifold enough to accommodate this, but the cooking process was quite rigid and lack of flexibility. I am very grateful to the waitress patricia, who was very attentive and helpful. would probably be back for an American steak in a year.
