We had booked the set menu including glass of champagne via Opentable but when we arrived we were informed this was not the case and not given the glasses of champagne. I double checked but unfortunately there was no convincing the management. Therefore be wary of offers when booking this venue. View all feedback.

Disappointing. We arrived at 5.20pm for a 5.30pm table. Told restaurant wasn't open and to go to the bar or lobby area, but there were no seats/tables, and one of our party age 86 and finding the stairs for this difficult. Ordered salad without beetroot but it came with it; Limited set menu with only one vegetarian option for my daughter and told there were no other choices.
