The food was very nice, as it always is, and good value for money considering how popular this area is. Unfortunately, we were seated downstairs on this visit, and the room is hot, stuffy and loud. Our waitress struggled to remember what we had ordered and when we reminded about things being missing, things were not rectified. It took a second request to another member of staff in order to complete our order. View all feedback.

The Ivy Brasserie chain is consistently good and so was this branch. However we found the reception staff unaccommodating the table they'd allocated us was very close to other tables, in a noisy, draughty part of the restaurant they could easily have re seated us, with lots of other tables empty, especially as we were only going to be 75 minutes, a pre theatre booking.
