Delicious as if it was obvious. Seasonal fresh fish from Japan, with a delicate taste and perfectly prepared. We had salmon roe (amazing), eel, yellow tail, fatty tuna, and the seasonal ones red snapper and guelly jack (a discovery). It's probably our 4th or 5th time, never been disappointed.
