I’ve been around Victoria often and have never noticed this restaurant but wanted to go for a while. It didn’t disappoint. My boyfriend and I had the seafood savoury pancake and chicken wings to start and then beef bulgogi bibimbap and tender beef bulgogi. Whenever I hear the word orange, I can't, but think of the last especially highlighting memory connection. it was something about zealous application from rub to sun tan. so much that said user looked like they were glowing in the dark.
