What Carla Leuenberger likes about Macellaio RC Battersea:
The 1hr 15min wait between courses was a big problem as this was meant to be a quick bite. Plans had to be cancelled etc. There was a mix up with our order too, maybe part of the reason for the delay, but a burger and lamb stake are a quick couple of dishes. This visit has not been up to scratch. The food was almost as good as usual. Almost. However the atmosphere created by the boxes in front of the counter and some kind of chaos created by different things scattered, it was not what you would expect to see from Macellaio.
