Decided to stop for a teh tarik but was disappointed. The laksa tasted good. Cucur (fritters) not too bad. No crowd at lunch time though on a week day.
For those who are looking for Malaysian food after eating too much fish and chip, this is the place you should go. Terubat ghindu.

Got the vegetarian laksa and the roti cinnai with dhaal and I was in absolute heaven.
We went to this quaint, little cafe at about 9.30am and had the satay with rice (~£6), nasi lemak (~£6), roti canai (~£4) and teh tarik.
Makan has been around for good few years Located under the Westway it took over the cafe next door a while back.
