While some customers found the food to be overly salty or reheated, others praised the authentic flavors of the dishes. The atmosphere is described as welcoming and the service as courteous. Overall, Makan provides a relaxed dining experience with home-cooked Malaysian food that is sure to satisfy adventurous taste buds. So, if you're in the mood for a taste of Southwest Asia, Makan is the place to visit.

We went to this quaint, little cafe at about 9.30am and had the satay with rice (~£6), nasi lemak (~£6), roti canai (~£4) and teh tarik.
