We booked pre-theatre; the menu offered a good range of both vegetarian and meat options and was of a high standard. The waitress was both friendly and efficient. The kitchen is visible but not intrusive and as we had an early setting we could see our meal being cooked. View all feedback.
What OpenTable Diner doesn't like about Paesan:
Food was very disappointing. Arancini and pasta was unsalted and bread was stale. Service was very poor and we had to get up to get our waitress several times. Definitely do not recommend View all feedback.
Paesan is a rustic style Italian. Food is nice but nothing special .
Food came really quickly and the server was nice. The food was decent but did not wow us. It was a very quiet restaurant for a Sunday lunch.
Always really good solid choice. Great food great service! And not expensive which is a bonus
Impromptu Thursday dinner at Paesan. Seemed to be a few walk ins, which were well accommodated. Service was attentive and friendly, but at one stage it got very busy loud think our timing was a bit too good, in that everyone wanted to pay at the same time so it took a while! Decent meal though c£50pp with a cocktail/wine each.
The pappardelle was too thick, the fish broth had far too much lemon juice, and we were there an hour and a half before our main courses arrived.
