What User doesn't like about Pastan Barbican:
It's a place specialised in vg pasta so don't expect too much. It has an decent range of options, but most of them uses processed vg meat substitute. The pasta is made fresh I think which is good, but the final product is just how you would cook your pasta but with the meat substitute and plant based cheese tbh. Beautiful little restaurant specializes in fully vegan pasta dishes. Only once visited, alone, so I can't talk about other dishes that I now very curious to try, but the Paccheri with Porcini and Shishatake Sauce Umami Stroganoff was magnificent.
