We wanted to do something special this NYE and see the fireworks in London This venue didn’t disappoint We were given a table that overlooked the river and had the most amazing views We enjoyed a delicious meal. Scallops followed by crab then beef. Excellent food 2 glasses of champagne each were included in the price Staff were lovely and so helpful It had such a buzz age we had an amazing night! Horrible experience, the phone didn’t work to call, the staff were incredibly rude and not accommodating when it was my birthday but bent over backwards for a celebrity. Disgusted at the behaviour View all feedback.
Food was terrible, service was at the level of a local fast food bakery. Location, music and view were really good.
Triston was amazing!!!!! Thank you for the best customer service .
