Upon arrival in a very badly visited restaurant (it was 1 2 tables), we were told that we had no reservation. With the OpenTable application, however, we obviously had a reserve. Instead of apologising for the unlisted reservation and assigning us a table, we were only on what we left the not complete restaurant.
