What Dale Butler likes about The Hour Glass:
Cozy little pub, could use a new selection of beers, but the food it's well worth it. They have an open kitchen, and it makes the dinning experience really nice, you can see the chef preparing you're delicious food. Please try the croquetes and the brownies, they are delicious!!! "Mixing the idea of Italian cuisine with Japanese ingredients is brilliant. while some of the dishes hit this height, there were a few misses and the pavement of the meal felt a little hurried. still very good value for 10 courses."
