I was looking for i ordering and enjoying it, but I was disappointed. It have me the impression that taste and texture were secondary concerns for the chef; probably more concerned on keeping an alternative/from raw/hippie alternative. The final consequence of which were rough and dry doughs, and sub standard alternatives for cream and cheeses. Of course I realise it would appeal to some vegans that are more into the...
