People need to cut them some slack. They're understaffed and constantly backed up with customers, and if half of them are as rude as some of these reviews, I wouldn't wanna work there either. Their donuts and coffee are good, Baskin Robbins is good, they just need more employees. It seems like management only hires the bare minimum and then wonders why they're short so often. amazing service, even if it was busy and only the employees were successful, the social distancing but the short was on point.
