What Marylene Ruiz likes about Zapp Hot Pot:
Everything is still delicious. The only thing I could say anything about is that the large vegetable platter seems to have gotten much smaller for the price in the last couple of years. Also, more broth please. Only a little was added when I asked for more and it was getting thick and didn't cover the food that I was still trying to cook towards the end. Still a great experience and delicious food for my bday dinner. View all feedback.

What Brielle Bernardy doesn't like about Zapp Hot Pot:
Way too expensive for hot pot. Meat portions were crazy small (and thin) while being 6-7 dollars per plate. Almost no taste except for the chicken dumplings. Even the 16 dollar veggie platter was small. After the broth got low it was refilled half with water. View all feedback.

"Very friendly environment. The ladies that waited on us were very pleasant. The food was delicious. My daughter and I had a egg salad sandwich that was seasoned perfectly, with delicious bread. It also had a very good pickle on the side and a bag of chips. My mother had A bowl of homemade split pea soup, which she said was the best!! There is a country store in the back I love it!!! It had all kinds of unique things in it. From handmade pottery to greeting cards to bottles of local maple syrup. You definitely will not be disappointed."
