Very friendly and attentive staff! The food came fast, hot and in large portions. I had chickens and eggs that were very good. Everything else I saw coming out...

"Today was the 4th time in a row they messed up my order. It's literally not hard to listen and repeat the order to the person making it. And if they're too busy talking to other workers, they need to be told by managers to do their Job and make it properly. I don't have time to turn around yet again soooo instead of giving another shot, I will officially be vetoing you guys for a year. How hard is it to get ice cream right with three toppings and chocolate ice cream.."

"Service was OK. We were looking for some good BBQ and by their ratings we went. That may have been some of the worst brisket, if you want to call it that. Texture, flavor and look was more like deli sliced roast beef. My brother had the burnt ends. They were horrible, and dry!! For the money we spent we would have been better off going to McDonald's for a McRib."

"Sky was awesome. Her friendly and welcoming was so beautiful. She made some recommendations and we took her advice. Sky was interacting with us and once she found out we had just moved into the area she was very informative about places to visit. I highly recommend her because of her welcoming. Jack Stack has been the only place I have been eating since I moved here about 30days now and I highly recommend there food especially the beef ribs... ? ? the baked beans are my favorite side. Seasoned prefect and every single time it's the same. I love this place and it's worth the money."

"I 'd like to start by saying the amount of people they move through here is overly impressive. That being said, nuggets were more breading than chicken and the large fry was questionablly large . Customer service has always been on point. Didn 't have timeto bring it to their attention for the problem to be resolved. That would defeat the fast in fast-food."
