Very easy to eat fresh and vegan! My family loves this place. A little hint... order a bowl and pick up your bowls on the side. I order a bowl with 1 large and 3 small tortillas on the side, with brown rice, black pinto beans, sofritas (on the side), pico, corn salsa, guacamole and verde salsa (on the side).
