Guy who took my order seemed real cool! Got a 2 meat plate with pork ribs and brisket and A pound of brisket on the side. Ribs were awesome. Sides were really good. Only gripe is the brisket. It was actually tender and i think cooked very good but was cut the total wrong way when served to me and made it hard to eat. Should be cut across the grain not with.
