I had the scraper as an appetizer and the gu ramen with mild spices and the ramen were in order. the broth was simple, but I like to rug with a lot of taste and salt, so I let them be the judge. Gu ramen is a ramen and tapas joint in Laguna Beach, alongside the Pacific Coast Highway. They were somewhat busy around sunset, with a line starting to gather after 8pm. The ramen noodles had good al dente texture, and portions were decently sized. However, I was not impressed by the broth nor the chili oil.
