Beware of changing your reservation, because this hotel engages in shady practices. I had a family emergency where I had to leave after checking out after only staying 1/2 nights from my reservation. The front desk said it was okay and the Manager would call me to initiate the refund in good faith. I was charged for 2 nights even though I checked out after 1 night.
