My wife found this awesome Cambodian noodle shack. Authentic Cambodian cuisine, I had the house special, Phnom Pen noodles, dry with a knuckle bone broth chaser. Add a little broth to toss the rice noodles, add some Hoisin sauce, lime, Sriracha sauce and bam, you get the bomb, sliced pork, ground pork, stomach, liver and shrimp noodle bowl in town. It's a little busy family restaurant. Parking is terrible. You don't have a parking space so you can only park on the street. I recommend joining the waiting list on Yelp or Google so you don't have to wait long when you get there. Your business hour is from 7:am to 3pm and the restaurant is packed alway.
