Posting and dinging them on business policy. They wouldn't fill a reusable travel mug rather serving in a paper cup with lid and sleeve, in a place (airport location) with no paper recycling (cans and plastic only). In a time where we're hyper conscious of environmental concerns it's wasteful and a simple business policy swing and miss. View all feedback.
