Amazing experience will definitely come back again. Food and drinks on point

Usually I have a great time at Cavali but this time the service at best mediocre , the server was barely attentive and a lot of new rules that make no sense , like if you don’t get an entree you can only get one drink , after 1130 the serving you I had to do to bar to get my drink , this isn’t great service cavils needs to do better very disappointed.

Service was slow waited over an hour for very basic meals . Brunch unlimited drinks were brought in little containers and delayed taking into account you only get 90 min .I think they should stick to being a nightclub not a brunch location

I had reservations for a party of 25ppl to celebrate my birthday. We arrived on time and sat about 15 minutes after arrival. The waiter greeted us and asked us to watch the menu. He didn't serve us drinks until the food order was placed. After placing our food order, it took the waiter almost an hour (no exaggeration) to get us the Sangria and Mimosas. 2 small glasses were given to my table of a party of 25 after an hour. It was only good to serve four people. I asked him again to bring more drinks and it looked for time. I never cost the Sangria. They ran out of glasses and served half of my party in plastic cups. They were understated. A bartender for the entire venue. The promoter made it better by engaging and bringing us our drinks. The manager or owner tried to make it better by sending us shots and a bottle of champagne. That was nice of her, but the service level was unacceptable.

It was my first visit. I was there to celebrate my birthday. The DJ was GREAT! The food was really good. The only problem I had was there was no host to welcome us, we sat down and it took a while until a waiter came to our table. Once we got help, everyone turned out really well. Besides the host who wasn't there waiting for a waiter, I had a good time.
