The bowl was only half full, and it wasn't clear if the food wasn't ready or if the restaurant was busy. The portion sizes were not consistent between the two Burrito Bowls, and the guacamole was already brown, which was unusual since it was still early in the day. View all feedback.
The burrito bowl I ordered was packed full and delicious! I really enjoyed my meal.

They sent me plain chicken...just chicken cut up in a bowl. no guac, no beans, no lettuce, just chicken
This food was really bad to eat. Im not sure if it was because they were giving us the scraps of the day but the rice was not fully cooked, the veggies tasted bad, and nothing about this meal tasted fresh. I was really surprised because the very last visit I made to this store (in person) was really good. Thoroughly disappointed by the delivery. Not sure why quality would be compromised for a delivery vs in store purchase.
I am baffled by the consistent errors in my orders from Chipotle. They frequently leave out items, make mistakes, and skimp on protein - once, I received a burrito bowl with only 2 small pieces of meat. They seem to take advantage of being able to prepare orders without the customer present, resulting in subpar service. Their service fee is nearly the cost of a meal, so I expect perfection each time. Surprisingly, a small, family-owned taco joint with a $1 service fee consistently outshines Chipotle. Ordering online is a completely different experience compared to dining in person.
