The staff working were super great! The hot tub was closed all weekend for maintenance, which I was super bummed about, but the kids still had a blast and that's what mattered. Room was dirty especially bathroom walls. Towels were all stained and yellow. Shower head was falling off and only sprayed directly down where you could barely use it. Went to make coffee next morning and filter compartment had old coffee grounds and half inch thick View all feedback.
Excellent facility and well kept surroundings. A quiet and clean hotel. Highly recommended for vacations and business trips.
Overall a decent experience. Would have been better if there wasn't pube hair on the toilet seat.
