"We tried Bart de Bondt's new restaurant in 52500 Fayl Billot with our German chef son-in-law who visited over Easter as he is a serious food nut, and our cosmopolitan daughter. We each ate something different, and enjoyed all of the three courses we sampled. I had ravioli in a truffle sauce which was simply delicious: next time I go, I'll have it as a main course! Matching wine to food is clearly something Madame enjoys, so she and chef-of-ours debated the best wine for our various victuals. It's wonderful to have good food right here in the town, and for people from further afield, it is certainly worth coming. While it costs more than fast food, it is genuine food, lovingly prepared, with staff and chef whose aim is to spoil the client. My verdict: well worth the visit and I'll go again."

"Restaurant one night with my husband. A refined meal, exquisite dishes, a perfect balance. My taste buds fell! The room is very beautiful, elegant and very beautifully decorated. We loved him. A little more, the staff is friendly and enjoyable. A special mention to our server with a nice butterfly node that was very pleasant, helpful and smiling. We'll be back of course."

"Nous avons fait étape à Langres sur le chemin du retour.Nous avons signalé que nous étions relativement pressés (avion à prendre).Le cadre est très plaisant alliant modernité dans un lieu chargé d'histoire.Le service a été rapide sans porter d'ombre à la qualité du repas qui nous a donné satisfaction.Un excellent rapport qualité/prix."

"Une brasserie langroise à la hauteur. Les plats sont travaillés avec les spécialités locales : andouillettes sauce au fromage de Langres par exemple. La quantité est bien là. Les boissons : je vous conseille de goûter à la Choue bière locale délicieuse. Le service est parfois un peu lent. Sinon l'ambiance est très sympathique et cosmopolite avec beaucoup de touristes l'été."
