The staff is usually prepared for great haste, but before school it will usually wait about 5 minutes, which is understandable. This time there were about 5 people in front of me and the line was very fast because they take several orders before graduation, which makes it much faster. The one question I had was that they had no napkins, although it was not a busy time of the day. View all feedback.

Line of people waiting inside that have already ordered was so long and nobody was at the register! After waiting a few minutes I left without anything

Not friendly. Too busy with priority of online orders. Ordered hot dark roast and it was warm at best.
