Come here often and it is always rock solid. Recommend the gnocchi pomodoro, trout, pizza, tuna crudo, lasagna, …. always consistently excellent. Small but diverse wine program so I can always get something delicious that pairs with what I am having. Service always fast and friendly. Longmont is lucky to have this restaurant! What Guadalupe Buckridge doesn't like about Caprese Trattoria:
The food looked good, but it was tasteless and the shrimps were burned almost 30 minutes for the waitress to take our order and let us miss happy hour. I'll never go back here or recommend it. Even if you don't go gluten allergies, they also have me on it. I don't think they know what gluten is. I wouldn't have stars. View all feedback.
Hands down the best Italian food I have had in the states. Their in-house pasta and sauces are amazing. The ravioli and eggplant parmesan are worth mentioning....
