"So far it was the best culinary experience we had since the move to Colorado. The food was not exactly my style, but it was still very impressive and my Gf absolutely loved it. "Stopped in here because the Cat Cafe in Loveland was too expensive $60 just for my family of five to get in the door), and wanted something that caters to my gluten intolerance. I saw blue corn and taco, and knew I was in for a treat. I started with their fresh blue corn chips with a great salsa and guacamole, and then they were kind enough to make a burrito with the blue corn tortillas for no upcharge. I had the smothered chicken burrito and found the filling hot, fresh, and flavorful.
