Starbucks - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
My husband gets me a Starbuck 's oatmilk latte as a special treat once a week. He usually goes to the stand alone store on Ken Pratt, fairly near the one in Safeway. This review is about the Safeway Starbuck 's. The worker there said there is no such thing as an oatmilk latte. So he went on to another Starbuck 's, where they quickly whipped up the oatmilk latte.
