This is the only Mexican place I 'll actually go to in Longmont. There aren 't many authentic tacos to be found here but Tacos al Molcajete doesn 't disappoint. The al pastor is AWESOME. I do agree, however, that the ladies behind the counter can be a little aloof. The male owner is super personable and friendly, though. Overall definitely the place to go if you want a 'real ' taco. Fantastic and authentic Mexican food, served FAST! I got the tripe, tongue, and carne asada tacos and loved them all. Definitely worth stopping in...
Glad they had parking for the sweeper. The Carne Asada Tacos were very tasty. I know where I eating when I work in Longmont.
