Papacita's - Longview

What User likes about Papacita's:
The first time here. Food was reasonably expensive. The servers were asked to keep chips and tortillas on the table. The chips and tortillas are very good. They pair the tortillas with honey and butter, which was very good but unexpected for me. Honey can make things a little mess, as he drips around. My Queensadillas were fine. What User doesn't like about Papacita's:
Since my last visit, 20 years have passed and not much has changed. My food was okay, but the vegetables were pretty oily. The chips were crisp, but oily and the salsa usually tasted tomatoes without the usual Spanish salsa season. Our server was friendly but not too attentive.
